Orders placed on walkiddy.com are shipped from Germany. The available delivery countries, shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout based on the delivery address and the products in the cart.

Delivery countries

walkiddy.com currently supports delivery to the countries enabled in checkout, including Germany, other EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Japan, Türkiye and selected additional international destinations. If a country is not available for selection at checkout, we currently cannot deliver to that country through walkiddy.com.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier service. Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout where available. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak seasons, customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
