Return condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, complete and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. Please do not remove labels or hygiene seals before deciding to keep an item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider.
